Created by Xtreme Structures and Fabrications our truss hinges are all friction free. Powdered metal bearings on all hinges to protect from metal-on-metal friction. Shafting and retaining rings are stainless steel to prevent rusting.

A Truss Corner Block will allow the attachment of 12”X12” box and circle truss at 90° angles.
We stock 12”X12” Corner Blocks and truss sections in natural aluminum and black powder coated finishes.
The Grapple allows you to make inline 90 degree connections between similar trusses anywhere along a perpendicular primary truss. The load capacity of the inline truss will carry 75% of the manufacturer’s load rating.
Cantilevering of truss is not recommended.

The truss is wheeled into the venue, bolted together and then lifted off the floor a little. The six lamp bars are then released from their transport position and slide down on rails to the bottom of the truss.

The Universal X bolt pattern allows 12″x12″, 12″x18″, or 20.5″x20.5″ truss to bolt easily to the base without fighting to get the bolts through traditional round holes. The 3’x3′ bases can also be used with 12″x12″, 12″x18″, and 20.5″x20.5″ truss sizes.
The Truss Dolly can be loaded three wide (36″) or four wide (48″) by however tall your truck door will allow. Uses two E-Rail Ratchet Straps to secure the stack to the aluminum dollies.
